To Measure or Not To Measure

That is my question! I seldom measure anything, when cooking, just throw it in, measure by eye. Even when baking cakes and cookies I can usually get it right. Though with cooking or baking, Baking is a bit more difficult unless you know the ratio of what goes to what. What do you think, do you measure or just scope it out??

It would really depend on the food I cook. If I bake something, I really see to it that I follow the instructions carefully for me not to spoil the food.

I never measure anything too when cooking.It is inconvenience to measure the food or seasoning.And everybody has different taste, the measured cooking also could not suit to all of my family.Like you I measure by eye and hand, and some time taste the food or soap when cooking.

Depends on what I am cooking. If its something from a box I sometimes use the scoop otherwise I just add here and there and measure by eye.
