Leak or Flood, Should One Be Concerned?

OK this is embarrassing, but here goes. I used to have an occasional leak if I coughed hard or sneezed many times but now it has gotten out of hand.
I used to use pantie liners, a couple a day maybe, now I need to use medium to heavy flow menstrual pads that I have to change often.
I cannot afford the urinary pads and have no insurance for medication or surgery, the Kegal Exercises don't help either, so I am lost. Now, if I have a bad cough I can actually flood my pad, so now what?

you should have that looked at. that is not normal. if you have kids, then that might be a prolapped bladder. i don't know how to spell it. it is where your bladder is smushed down when you are pregant. when you have the baby, the bladder is suppose to go back to normal. sometimes it doesn't though. that would explain your problems. you should try to find a free or low cost clinic to go to. you should really talk to someone about this.
good luck
