DALE EARNHARDT SR... LOVE HIM OR HATE HIM

With Dale Sr. there was really no in between, you either loved him or hated him, let me know and why you felt this way. I of course LOVED him and was a fan for atleast 22 years before his paassing.

Dale Sr was NASCAR. And, it's only fitting to have him be on of the first Inductees into the NASCAR hall of fame.

Umm...he wasn't one of the first...the hall of fame in Alabama has been around since the late 70's...it was there back when I went to my first race in '83 in Talladega. Or have they started a new one somewhere? The only one I knowof so far that he was inducted to was this pst year at Talladega...

Dale Earnhardt - 1951-2001 Dale Earnhardt #03 Nascar Legend
There was noone like SR. not even his son. I have a Nascar game room. My entire family are Nascar fans. My husband loves turning up the sound of his bose system to hear the enginges on Sunday. We have several of Dale Srs. collector cars. QVC is a great place to watch on Friday nights for Race night. There are certain names when it comes to entertainers that will live on forever like, Elvis, The Kennedys, Sinatra, Jerry Lewis names young kids will know when they are old and believe me Dale Earnhardt the Intimidator 03 is a Legacy and will live on forever.

I tend to agree with your statement... Sr. was a force to be reconed with .. his memory and driving will live on forever!!!!

I like them both but I really miss SR
