what you will do when u feel tired??

hi friends..what you will do when you feel very tired??what you will do to fresh up your self??when i am tired i will just lye on my bed and relax for some time by closing my eyes..how about you??

I would lie down on my bed read a few pages of my storybook and then I will go to sleep. Normally if it's night time then I would just go to sleep straightaway but if it's in the afternoon, I would read a few pages then go to sleep and the sleep would be about one hour.

whenever i feel tired i lock my room sit on the bed switch off all the lights and listen to slow music....great feeling...ill make me float....

I will lie down in my bed and relax with classic music or find some sweet to eat ^_^
