Fruits are very helpful to the health of the people, but do we need to eat fruit everyday? Give me some suggestions. Happy mylotting!

ye it is necessary to eat fruits daily. atleast one fruit is necessary. fruits got natural nutrients and vtamins which are not harmful like those of instant food.and it helps in digesting the food properly too.

I would eat fruit everyday if I could get them. I like eating ripe bananas with every meal if they are available.

You could add some strawberries or raspberries on top of your breakfast cereal. It might be possible that you would find a bowl of grapefruit juicy and refreshing. For a pudding I suggest slices of banana and passion fruit. Alternatively you could have a bag of dried apricots or cranberries. It is suggested that people eat five portions or fruit and vegetables a day. fruit is a healthy choice full of flavor as well as vitamins.

In our market, we have vegetables of a great variety all year round. So with respect of nutrition, vegetalbes are enough in my understanding. But fruits are so tasty, and inviting in shapae, in color, and in concept. I like to eat fruits. Banana to keep happy, oranges rich in VC, apples best to take in the morning, pears to ease cough, water melon cheap in summer, grapes abundant in autumn, etc. And some imported from southeast asia and taiwan are rare but expensive, just for a try once or twice. People say if you enjoy life, first enjoy fruits.

Yes, if possible one should have fruits after meal. This serves as a good means of digestive. Besides many fruits have medicinal quality.

I think we need fruit everyday. Friuts like apple,banana,orange,pear and so on,has all kinds of vitamins in it.It will benefit our health. For my part,I didn't like eat fruits previously,because I think eat an apple was so bothersome.But now,I change my view,I begin to eat fruits(usually an apple and a banana)everyday.And I also begin to love fruits.I realize the importance of fruits,they brings me a healthy body. So I suggest you eat some fruits everday,you may soon know the profit of them.

Fresh Fruits - Take daily five servings of fruits!
Hi Braveheartok103 We certainly need to eat fruits daily. We won't get all the vitamins and minerals from our food. Our food mainly provide us the carbohydrate,protein, the fat and few vitamins and minerals. All fruits contain vitamins,minerals,fiber and antioxidants.You know that our body need all these to keep us healthy. The American government recommends to have five servings fruits and vegetables daily. So instead of junk foods,if you take fruits you will be more healthy. Happy mylotting

With my own point of view, yes we do! Fruits are also a good source of fiber which helps our body take away all the toxins and not to mention they are also got vitamins which is good for us. Fruits also helps not just to clean our body internal it also give great result external as giving us nice skin.

Eating fruits is the best for our body as they are natural sources of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibres and they improve our immune power against diseses. They make us strong from inside.. So fruits shouldd be made a regular part of the diet
