Sure like your avatar. I went to high school with a now retired Cubs baseball pitcher. I knew him even though he is a year older than me. He played high school ball with my husband also. George Clooney is in town filming a movie so know he's either in the downtown area or at the airport. The movie is called "Up in the Air." Don't know when the movie will be completed but he should be here for awhile. I'd love to meet him but the chances of that happening are zero to none. I didn't actually meet Carol Burnett but she was in front of me when we were checking into a hotel in the Hollywood area several years ago. She had on sunglasses and a scarf I guess to try to hide her appearance but everyone knew who she was because of the red hair and her voice. Who would you like to meet?

yeah, he is not a very big potato, but at least in my city, a radio and tv station host. very talented guy, good at painting, excellent english, apt at imitating kinds of voice, Beijing Opear, story telling, debate winner. I met him twice, first time on the street when he was talking with his colleague and crossing the street, i turned round because i recognized his voice; second time was when i was on a taxi, another car just passed me and i found he was in it. but he never saw me

Hi,
As iam from Mumbai i get to c a lot of celebrities. I live very near to a Highway where shooting takes place. But honestly i dont get mad when i look at some one famous. I keep it very cool and i find it very irritating if some one behave oddly if a celebrity is around.
Hmm... I have travelled with Mr. Amitabh Bachan in the same plane to Thailand . Ofcourse, I was in the economy class and he was in the Premium class .
Cheers,
Tutul

Hi tutul, you travelled with Mr. Bachchan! Did you take his autograph? If only you could sit beside him.lol. I happened to meet Jackie Shroff when I was just about five years old but I remember it. At that time I knew him as King Uncle because I loved him in the movie..

I did not meet one but I saw a local movie star when we took the same fast ferry. The females were all gaga about him. He looks ordinary enough.

I never meet a celebrity before. I dreamt of meeting Brtiney Spears, or Megan Fox. But I don't think that I ever got this chance.

I used to work at Supanova which is a pop culture expo. It's like a smaller version of Comicon.
Each year there are special guests, and seeing as I used yo work at the expo, it meant I got to meet special guests and talk to them before they made appearances or held workshops or discussions or whatever.
Through Supanova I got to meet Sean Astin (Sam in Lord of the Rings, starred in 50 First Dates and Goonies etc) and John Rhys Davies (Gimli in Lord of The Rings, starred in Sliders etc). They were both really nice guys.
I also got to meet Ray Park (Darth Maul in Star Wars Episode I).

I've met two big celebrities in my life. The first was Jeff Hardy from WWE, but at that time it was still called WWF. I was in the airport leaving for New York, and they had just done a show in Cincinnati that night and were leaving as well. I was waiting for my plane to board, and here he comes, to sit right across from me. He was one of the wrestlers that I follow, so I had to get his autograph. I don't know why, it looked like scribbles and I ended up throwing it away lol. I did ask him though, "If you get hurt everytime you do the Swan-ton bomb, why do you keep doing it?" His only response was that the fans love it.
The next big celebrity I met was Katt Williams, Money Mike from the movie "Friday after Next". Just happened to be a Friday too lol. I live in Cincinnati, the city where Katt grew up. He used to do many comedy shows here after the first set of movies he did. This particular day, I had just gotten paid, had cashed my check, and got a few hair supplies at a store near the job. I worked way across town from where I lived, and rode the bus. So I had to come all the way in town to transfer to my bus to go home. I had gotten into town, and realized that duh, I need a money order to pay rent. So I went to the check cashing place downtown to get one before I continued my journey.
While in the check cashing place, I saw Katt Williams get out of a limo and go to the suit store next door. I got excited, as he is one of my favorite comedians, and once I got my money order, I ran outside to see him. Silly me, without the bag of hair supplies I had purchased earlier. After talking to him, I walked on up the street to catch my bus, and was a good two block away before I realized I didn't have my bag.
Ran back to the check cashing place, and of course it had grown legs and went on its own trip. So I decided to joke with Katt. I came back outside and started yelling that I was going to sue. "I came outside to get an autograph and got my perm stolen!!! I'm suin'!" I wasn't serious, but he took it that way, at least a little. He called me over to him and asked what happened. I told him, and said what I had in the bag. He tells me "Go over to my assistant, and tell her I said give you $20." I was like "Uhh-uh!!! I don't know what you got set up, but she don't know me, she gon' tell me no! Come wit' me!" So he does, and gets the $20 from her to give me. I start screaming and running down the street, "Katt Williams gave me $20!!!"

Yeah, not bad at all! I shoulda had him sign it, and kept it as a souvenir. It would be worth a lot more than the $20 now that he has retired from stand up. But I needed a perm, and I didn't fancy spending more money on something I already bought. So a few minutes later the wig store had $20 from Katt Williams!
