hello
first of all
make urself premium there is no charges on it
next thing u can recieve in personal as well as premium
u can use this money to shop online without any problem
but there is a catch
ur all time total expenditure should be less than 100$
if u want to spend more than that or want the cash in ur hand then u have to verify urself
the process is very easy
1. add a credit card
2. allow them to charge on it
3. in ur monthly statement u will have a coe
4. enter that code in ur paypal account
5. upload or fax address proof
6. u will get the amount u got charged back to ur paypal acc ( not to credit card )
7. u r done
now u can spend and gain as much as u want
and also encash ur money to ur credit card

i have went through a lot of troubles with paypal and almost considered them a scam xD but ya well now the problems have been cleared and my paypal is running smoothly

One thing to know for future reference, if you ever get sent a payment to your personal account which would require a premiere account to accept, the payment doesn't get blocked or anything like that.
You'll get a notification email from Paypal that the payment is pending, and if you want to accept it you'll have to upgrade.
So you never have to really worry, as payments aren't simply rejected.
Premiere accounts do have fees, but only for recieving private payments from individuals. Most companies which deal through Paypal have agreements in place which waive all fees on your behalf.

There shouldn't be any need to upgrade.
The only reasons to do it is if you want to accept credit card payments, or if you exceed a certain amount of payments to your account per year (It's a relatively high figure... $5000-$10000 from memory).

You will have the money in your paypal account.That is no problem.But if you need it in your hands,then you have to have a verified account and that needs a credit card,they acknowledge.Have you got your paypal account verified?If so,there is no problem.Cheers!

Thank you very much for your answer. You and lady_shan_17 made my day. And yes, I have my account verified. They took 1.5 euros from my debit card to verify it and now I can't withdraw them back because the limit is 10 euros. So i'm waiting to reach 10 euros in my balance.

you can received your money even if your account is verified or not. You don't have to upgrade your account it's just a waste of money.

if you choose personal account, no fees to be charge ...but I think the business type has...Not sure about that kind of type because I only used personal account...You can check the transaction details included or any fees.
