Have you had such a weird thought why were you born to be you?

When I was a child, I used to have such a thought why I am I other than I am a other person.IT seems that I am the main role of the world,because what happen in the world was seen by my eyes.If I am dead one day ,the world will be m\not exist for me,but when I will be back here or I have been here before,maybe I'm a little bit of superstitious,but it is my true thought.So have you had such a idea?

I never thought of that because my family belongs to a very strong beleivers of christianity. So since i am child they have tought me the meaning of life in religious point of view. thats only because how we grow-up

I have a lot of similar thoughts when I was a child,such as:why am I a boy not a girl,why am I in china not in English,why am I a person...and so on.I thought these for a long times,at last,I find the answer of all these questions is that I am I.

When I feel depressed for some unplesant thing, I will have such a thought. Why were I born to be me? If I am another one, I may solve this or ignore this. However, the truth is, we ourselvers are the unique persons in this world. There must be some reasons for us to exist. So what I would like to say is to treasue our life.
