laptop vs Desktop

I personally prefer working on desktop rather than on laptop . Which one do you prefer?

Hello dear harsh707s. I have been using my laptop for seven years and I am used to my laptop only rather than desktop. If I have to use a desktop, it will be very difficult for me to type on the keyboard because I am not used to typing on the keyboard of a desktop. But it is ok if I just read some online news on a desktop. Thank you for being my friend, harsh707s.

Well, I am reading a computer discussion here in mylot. Your using laptop for 7 years right? so meaning your laptop is 7 years old? my friend says notebook and laptop doesn't last long. is it true? I am planning to buy a notebook and I am afraid that it won't last long. Laptop is quite expensive and beside i just need it for my research only. I prefer notebook since its more cheaper the speed is also okay for me. But I am not sure of the life span of notebook What do you think?

I love using my wireless laptop. It lets me go anywhere in the house and be connected. I don't generally take it alot of places with me because there isn't a lot of WiFi in the small town where I live. But I can sit on the couch, at the kitchen table or on the terrace and mylot with it. Life is good!

i really love my laptop right now i can use it anywhere in the house i use mostly a desktop at work

I prefer laptops because of the portablility. I can sit on my bed or anywhere in the house with mine and that is what I love about them.

I prefer desktop than laptops since desktop are more powerful for a mac pro tower has 32gb of ram while a laptop like the Mac Book Pro has only 4 gb ram. Desktops are usually electricity efficient and while laptops work on batteries and have to be charged for a long time which wastes a lot-of electricity

hiii dear friend..i perefer laptop rather than the desktop computer..There are many reasonsa that why i am prefering laptop than the desktop is..It is wireless and also we can carry laptop anywhere we go...And also we can use internet from laptop directly at the outdor also...So i am prefering laptop...And now itself i am using laptop...Gud posting dude..happy mylotting...cheers..

same here, i prefer using a desktop but there are times when all i need is a laptop because of its advantages such as portability. and i love the fact that it consumes 90% less electricity compared to desktop pc. (i'm not sure about the figures but it's definitely LESS)
