manya_pearl, I think you are a little ill informed here and I am sure since last year PayPal already has a setup in Philippines already. This means that you will be able to have your funds in PayPal credited to most of the banks in Philippines. Please have a check with the reference given below. Ref: http://www.pinoymoneytalk.com/2007/09/28/paypal-philippines-can-now-receive-payments/ You will only need your Credit/Debit card in order for you to verify your account. Other than that I am sure you can still go about receiving payments via PayPal and subsequently withdrawing them. Last but not least, I cannot help but notice from your profile that you are from Singapore and just to let you know that you can transfer the money into a Singapore bank account too. That is provided you have a Singapore account i.e. POSB/DBS or United Overseas Bank or OCBC. You will just have to submit the bank details and the monies will be wired into your account. Hope this will be of help here. Cheers.
