Are you an Avon rep? Do you get the correct discount?

I've only been doing it for a month and have been given the wrong discount for the amount I've ordered.
Besides talking to customer service (they're a bit useless), is there a way to rectify this and get what I am owed?

What seems to be the problem. Are you taking into account that some of the products are licensed products, you only get 25 percent on licensed products. You should be getting 40 percent if you are a presidents club member and if it is your first 3 orders your discount should be almost 50 percent except for the licensed products. Those are a set fee.

I've got my invoice, so I assumed the customer total on that was what I get the %age from altogether, so say I have £200 total on my invoice, I should get about 30% (that's the amonunt I was told) of that which is £60.
I'm just curious if I've missed something and it's actually more complicated than it seems.
