MY CHRONIC PHOBIA ~ I encountered a chronic phobia, traumatized by my childhood experience. During my childhood period of time, I am zealous to one TV movie titled "Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea". The story plot revolves in navy submarine world of life. The internal navy carrier life, the war in deep sea and sea to land missiles, the malfeasance activity done by top ran officer.
THE TRAUMATIZED DRAMATIC PART
In that navy submarine story, many times it showed the submarine actively moved in the deep sea, especially, from the front view while the submarine moving forward. You just imagine, seemed like it want to "come out" from the TV screen while moving forward to hit you. Make more worse, it moved in the dark deep sea water with a terrific sound effect. This kind of viewing, really caught and still well embedded in my brain memory bank.
TIME OF TRAUMATIZED EFFECT
Since then, every time I take shower or bath or swimming in the river, sea, and swimming pool on while closing my eyes, that specific event comes to my memory and through my imagination, I can obviously see the submarine is going to hit me. A real great trauma and phobia. Till now and I don't know how to "erase" it from my brain memory bank in my true life. My true heart speaking and not just my tongue speaking.
