9 big Oscars and i was left out puzzled why was it that successful?! first of all it was a pure Indian movie I mean if Loveleen Tandan did the Indian related parts then he should have received the award not Danny Boyle as most of the film was shot in India i mean at least he should have gotten up with Danny to accept the award?! Acting! only the kids had a chance to prove they have acting talent neither Dev nor Frieda had enough screen time to show any serious acting actually Dev spend most of his screen time starring! the only thing that worked well for the film was the incredible music A.R Rahman made i mean is a perfectionist to the extent that even the ring tone for the mobile was catchy. the story was kind of sweet but it showed only dark side of India as if India is all about gangsters and beggars and religion controversy which made me angry and sad when I'm not even Indian. when the movie credit was on i was just not satisfied i couldn't figure out why it won all those awards? why was it the best film? it was a film missing a soul for me?!
