I find having a cigarette after a meal the best, thus the hardest to give up.
I was planning on quitting smoking, but not on cold turkey. I'm gonna try to only have cigarettes after meals, which I find irresistible.
So my tip for quitters is to cut down the "unnecessary" cigarettes first and gradually the cigarettes in those situations which you need the most.
Hope this helps....

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.

That sounds easier than quitting cold turkey, but beware! It can backfire. Speaking from experience. If you're not very very careful, you'll find yourself reaching for "just this one". And the next thing you know you'll be back up to half pack or more.
