It's based on total sales on a 3-month period or 12-month period; or it can be based on total sales amount plus total items sold in which case the total amount of sales will be less compared to criteria 1. But the thing is even if the items does not sell as in the case of joybidding, the sales will still count towards the powerseller program. So, it's actually not 100% accurate. I've been a powerseller so I know. But generally powersellers are more trusted.9 days? Did you buy your item from overseas? Normally it'll take longer. If it's local, then you'd better look into it a.s.a.p. but then again I wouldn't know exactly how fast it takes for shipping in your country. Maybe the guy could be on holiday or something?

My husband is a power seller and he always tries to give excellent service so he has a 100% rating as well. This is something that you should also check before you buy...the feedback that others have submitted to the seller. Not everyone is going to be perfect but looking at the feedback can give you some idea about how dependable the seller is and the quality of the items he/she sells.

Generally they are better but it never hurt to be cautious, better safe than sorry, hahaEven for powersellers there are 5 different tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Titanium!~ And sometimes the feedback ratings & DSR can be solicitedOf course these are the rotten apples that spoil the whole basket
