can a cell phone be water resistant???

well no cellphones are water resistant....till now no such have been made.....and there's only one cure for your problem.... if your mobile gets wet from the inside....switch it off take out the battery......and open up the case entirely....then keep it in sunlight to dry for hours.....when it is dry completely fiz it back nd chk whether it works or not.... sometimes the battery will get swollen after getting wet.....in that case i might or might not work so check it out and change the battery if necessary......i hope i was of some help to you

First if you are on the beach and the cell phone falls from your hand it should land on the sand. I don't think anyone is dumb enough to take their cell phone in the water, and if there is such a dumb person then good for them drop it in the water and stop being dumb, taking your cell phone to the water...
