i came across an article that our results caused by our actions are caused by how we think, given by how we feel.
It suggests a certain cycle called the "F-T-A-R" or "feelings - thought - action - result" cycle.
For instance any person is always subjected to the next feeling... e.g. hunger. The next process is a mental one - toward to a decision... "What do I get to eat...?" e.g. based on availability, constraints etc. The next is action: e.g. getting up to male something or call delivery ... followed by actually eating. etc.. Finally the result is satisfaction and the cycle is complete...
I believe may problems could be eliminated if every one could objectively optimize this perpetual cycle in daily living...
For instance, Type 2 diabetes is at the mercy of making the right choice of food or drink...
Tell me what you think? Cheers

Yes ruperto, I also reached the same type of stuff yesterday, and even started a discussion here regarding this matter just now. I hope you will check it...
Out thoughts effects our realities, in fact, our thoughts create our realities. Hard to believe that, but scientists are claiming that...
But i believe it about 80 percent...
