Actually you can't there's no option for Itunes to transfer songs from ipod.
BUT! I know a software which you can transfer songs from Ipod to your PC and then just drag and drop the songs from PC to your Itunes ^_~ There!! ^_~

That's the software, It can transfer all songs from you Ipod, so there's no worry bout having your songs deleted on your PC as long as you have the songs to your ipod and the software ^_~

I don't know if you found your solution yet since this discussion was started 3 weeks ago but there is a product called iPod Rip, you can purchase from apple store online. What it does is transfer what is in your ipod and puts it into you iTunes on your computer. My husband purchased this and did the transfer so I don't know the details of it since I didn't do it but you should check it out if you still need.
