serious about getting referrals!!!

in most of the sites that pays you very well including here the earning will be much easier if you have good amount of active referral. how to get them??? some have some ideas--- most of the people go for advertising. but think not many click on a ad and join a program ( normaly) . people need to see that it is trustworthy. And now the time have changed while joining a program the referal know that the referee is profited by joining the program so he\she expects special rewards !!! fare i think!!!

I write a good article on the website like what is the websites feature, how we can earn from the website.Then post it in blog. then post my blog as signature in diffrent forum.
Normally mylot helps me a lot to get referral for other sites.It is the best site for getting referrals because u can make understand people about your site through discussions and comments
