is it possible to dream within a dream?

That happened to me two times. One was about life and when I "woke" up, I was in a another dreams about fighting off zombies, and I finally woke up it turns out I had bad pizza when I went to bed lol.

Well anything is possible. It's your dream so that's it. You can also dream about yourself you were dreaming and then in you dream you are again dreaming of something which is something weird. Haha or it is also possible to dream someone who is dreaming about you.

kinda weird isn't it? but i remember that happening to me once. it's like the dream won't stop coz when i thought it stopped, i was actually still in a dream.

Yes that happens to me sometimes. I dream about having a dream and then waking up from that dream.
And then when I wake up again, it's my own body. :)
