i have worked in the hotel for many years. Before i was pregnant, i was at a mangement position.my salary didn't increase for a long time.after i was pregnant, i was transfered to a normal staff, and my salary was deducted at once.even i ever devoted myself to the hotel, but when i was useless to them, they didn't care you.
i cried for this.but quickly i said to myself, i should smile because my baby is my big plan this year.My dear, how does your hotel treat the employees?

All my experiences working at hotels have been positive. When i worked at the Marriott the pay was low but management was very understanding if you had to take time off for family concerns. they threw very nice parties for the employees at the holidays and gave out nice gifts for good job performance. Now I work at the Westin. We get a paid break and they have a shuttle that drives the employees from the parking lot to the entrance. We also get one free hotel night a year and earn pool passes for good job performance.
