When and why did you stop believing in Santa Claus/The Easter Bunny/Any of them?

So Easter will be here before you know it. My neice is starting to get excited about the inevitable impending arrival of the Easter Bunny to her house. I missed out on spending Christmas with my family the past year because I was living overseas, and I missed out on the first year of seeing my neice get overly excited about Santa - leaving carrots out for the reindeer and cookies out for the big man himself. I didn't really think mu about missing out on that... until now. I just realised that you don't really get that many Christmases or Easters or other holidays with children where they believe wholeheartedly in the characters that go along with the holidays. So I was wondering. Do you remember how old you were when you stopped believing in things lik the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus. And if so, do you remember why you stopped believing? For me, it was one year when I left a drink out for Santa. When I woke up the next morning, there was a lipstick stain on the glass. My mum was a single parent, and she's a great mum. But she just forgot to wipe off her lipstick before she downed Santa's drink during the night heh.
