From the beagining of my job i used to keep watch with me all the time to see the time. it was very esential for me to mantain timing. but now a days the mobile phone usage is so vast that no one caries watch with any one. every one set the alarm in their mobile phones and see the time in that mobile phone. Mobile phone has been using as a multible service device. thats so nice. as a result many people like me are changing their habit for to wear watch. what about you friends ?

hi ivan, When I was still in high school, I had the habit of wearing wrist watch. I feel my day so incomplete without a wrist watch on me.I always plan what will I do on certain time. And without a wrist watch, I feel that I am at lost. I feel so irritated especially when I was in high school. It is because my mom is so strict with me regarding on what time will I got home after schooling. I can still remember how strict she was when I was in high school. But as you mentioned on your post, the development of mobile phone influences me on wearing a wrist watch. Since I got my first mobile phone with me, it do not longer concerns me if I wear wrist watch or not. I just depend on my mobile phone for the time. However, I realized that it is much better if I just wear wrist watch rather than depending on my phone. I found out that it is more practical because not much hassle on where will I put it because I just have to wear it on my wrist. Unlike when I am depending on my mobile phone for the time , I really have to open my bag every now and then just to check the time on my phone

I really have to watch time very closely so I carry a wristwatch even I have a mobile phone. My clock setting in my phone is different from my wristwatch because it is assigned in different place that I go.

I wear mtt wristwatch all of the time, unless my hands are in water. I even wear it bed. I feel naked without it, and when the battery needs replacing, I take it to the jeweler right away to get it fixed. I honestly do not think that I could function properly id I didn't have my watch on my wrist to watch the time.

Actually, I do wear a wristwacth, I do't think there is any difference between a wristwacth and a mobile, since they bothe tell time and both can sound off an alarm, You are correct, a majority of the people in the world are using mobile phones instead of wristwacthes now, but there is a big disadvantage for the mobile phone users, battery, take for example, a person, who needs to attend this extremly important meeting which will decide his life, he needs to be informed about the time or will miss it, he checks his mobile but it's not charged,no batteries, and he doesn't have a wristwacth! Wristwacthes run longer than mobiles, although mobiles can be recharged wristwacthes go a long time on one bettery! Happy-Mylotting

i agree with the fact that these days moblie phones are multipurpose devices which can be used for many thing.i had got used to the habbit of watching time in my phone around a year back....but later the classes i attend became very strict n they dont allow phones in the classrooms.....so since i could not take out the phone everytime to see the time again i started wearing my wristwatch.............

before my university,i used to wearing wrise watch.because the classroom had no clock.especially when we had examination.later, the watch was instead by mobile phone.but i still want to wear wrist watch.i think it should be have a good look or it's brand is very famous.so, not only a time teller, but it is already took as a kind of jewelry. now i only have a mobile phone and wait until i have enough money to buy one.i think the most important is the style which is suitable to you.

I wear one on occasion but usually I just use my phone as a clock. I try to carry as little with me and on me because I usually have the baby and he likes to grab at just about everything.

I completely agree with you. Mobile phones have been a revolution ever since they have emerged. I too have left using my watch. According to me if one wishes to wear a watch then it should only be a branded one. Otherwise one should better resort to the cellphones.

Hi ivan2000bd, Sure I do. If I am outside, I will quite definitely be wearing a wrist watch. Yes I still bring along my mobile phone usually but phones are for... communication LOL. It is just a force of habit I guess. I like wearing a watch when I am outside.

I can never be without a wrist watch. I wear it all the time, and, if i have to take it off for some reason, I feel as if i am missing something. Mobile phone no doubt does help one in keeping time, but once a person gets used to having a watch for a long time, it is difficult to depend on anything else ..

Hi, Ivan... It's true that ever since mobile phones got widely used and time can be checked through there, most people don't wear their wrist watches anymore. I'm one of them/ Though not because of the clock feature of cellphones but wearing a watch while you're always in front of the computer and you have to type while teaching, it can be a hassle and a bit uncomfy. So, I never wear my old wristwatch and I can always check the time on the bottom right corner of the computer anyhow teehee... ^_^ And yes, somehow with the technologies changing and improving everyday, we unconsciously, tend to go with the flow of those changes. have a great day... ^_^

Sometimes i got lazy putting on my wrist watch. I don't usually look for the time and know how long I've been working or studying that long hours. But lately I've been forced to use my watch with me. and realized that it's all worth using the watch and you'll be able to see the time and not let the time flies.
