Chaitra! Yummy! At least you should have invited us to your place, so that we could have enjoyed noodles with you. Adding vegetables will surely improve the taste and flavour of noodles. You can add some Soya sauce and mustard sauce in it, to enhance its taste. All the best!

you can try puting first garlic and ginger small finely chopped, then put some normal chinese sauce.if you want it in diffrent ways try putting mushrooms and ham or bacon fried pre stiring. or you can also put some fried egg to it. try putting some red chilliy flakes too some times they taste awesome with some drops of honey

I would just start with salt & pepper and go from there. You could add some cajun to make it a bit spicy or make it mellow with chicken or beef bullion.
And since this post is several month old....
how did your soup turn out? What did you decide to use?
Also what is Capcicum?

Hi, we will be having noodles for dinner tonight. I'm cooking a stew in my slow-cooker - Chinese mushrooms, dried oysters, dried scallops and oyster sauce. Once this is ready, I will scoop these over the boiled noodles.

hmm noodles sound good. but it really depends on what kind of , you know what i mean? if it's chinese style it Could be pork, bean sprouts, eggs, fish cake, etc... while in other parts of asia it would be something else, like chicken meat, carrots, cabbage, chicken liver and then serve it with lime or lemon. you'll get different suggestions for this one....
