Do you insist on not dying your hair?

My original hair color is black, but i dyed it with chocolate brown, its nice to blend it with my original color. i did it because i am so stressed at work and i think of pampering myself. Last time i went to the salon, i only think of having a haircut but then i went on checking on the available shades of hair colors and the hair stylist there is very nice. so i really smiled a lot during my trip to that salon and let just the hair stylist do the hair coloring plus free haircut. It was a nice day, and every girl in the office admire my new hairstyle and haircolor. Great feelings with the compliments that i get, and yes they are also thinking to dye their hair. Nothing wrong coloring your hair, just go and treat yourself sometime. just a new look, a new hairdo for a new you. Dont ever forget that dont overdo it, take care of your hair. Hello wondericequeen, I don't really like the idea of dying my hair too. I did once and I think I like my dark black hair better than any colors. I just feel that other than black doesn't really suit my face!

I use to die mine and in fact one time did a boo-boo and ended up with bright pink hair (think Frenchy in the movie Grease). I looked like I had cotton candy for hair. After that I mostly put just highlights in it. I made the mistake a few years back to let a friend color it...he screwed it up. It took two dyes and a stripper for him to try to "fix" it...the end result was that when we unwrapped the towel from my hair after the stripper it was like oatmeal. Gooey and matted to my head. I went to a hairdresser and she was shocked...she'd never seen anything like it. I ended up having to have a shorter than a crew cut haircut...like peach fuzz. That was the last time I ever dyed it. I dye my hair. it's naturally blonde, but I prefer it a sort of blue black, so as my blonde roots come through I dye them. I don't think dying your hair is that bad if you look after it. it's bleaching that's really damaging.

I am not really a big fan of dying my hair. It has been 12 months since I have had a color through my hair and even then it was only a semi permanent highlight. I understand though what you are saying about how it is nice to be able to quickly and easily change your appearance. I have a friend that dyes her hair a nice bright orangey colour when she is feeling down. She says it picks her right up :0)

I don't mind dying my hair. My natural colour is now a boring dull brown and I like changing it. When I was a teenager I went for weird colours sometimes - like blue. In my adult years when I do colour it, it's usually something really dark, or blonde. I haven't dyed it in a while though. My ex girlfriend coloured her hair all the time, and I used to just swipe some of her colour. Since I've split with her it's not something I've done heh.

I would suggest go for herbal dye than chemical dye. Herbal dyes are safe from chemical dyes. I am not a good fan of dying the hair. I go for Mailanchi type when I want to use dye. I think it is good and keeps the hair cool.

Although I have a few of white hair right now, I don't want to dye my hair yet. I don't like dying hair because I regard it as a medical treatment and it's not good for the health. If it's not necessary, I won't dye my hair. I love China

I love dying my hair, I feel that is is fun to change look from time to time.

I usually dye my hair quite a lot so it made my hair very dry like grass so I stopped and I dont' think I will dye it again. It is very pain to har dry grassy hair but I don't want to cut them all off at the same time... I have been doing lots of treatment to try to make it prerry again.

I would never dye my hair just for fun. I love the color of my hair, and would hate to do that to it. As for grey or white hair, I don't even know if I'd like to then... it would probably depend on how old I am when my hair starts turning that color.
