Anyone else with this trouble??

I wounder sometimes if i'm he only one.I have the most funny shcedual I think ,,,,,,,,,it just does'nt make sence.I go to bed at around 9:00 /11:00 am.Sleep all day till 5ish,,,,then walk around like a zombie all the time i'm up.This CAN"T be good for my health.Tried so many sleeping aids ,,,,,My Docter does'nt know what to do anymore.Is there anybody out there like ME !!! P.S,,This PC don't help any either~~~:(

why do you go to bed at around 9:00 am? sleep when your body needs,let your body tell

What'ya think i'm doing,THAT's when my body tells me to go to bed,,Don't answer if you don't exacly know what TO answer!!!!

Could it be that your mind is preoccupied in sleep that you don't get a good enough sleep. Are you really stressed out? If so then that might be the reasons for your weird sleeping schedule and for you waking up not feeling alert. I think that you should try to find ways to get your mind off of things that might be troubling you. Now if it's not that at all, try altering your schedule very little, and then if that works, then do it some more... It might be the hours in which you sleep in regards to your sleep. I think melantonin is something that the sun helps activate in your skin and which awakens you more. Not sure if that is how it works though.
