my PC has been infected even in the presence of antivirus? What should i do??

hey....even in the presence of an antivirus systems can be affected by a virus....thats because new viruses are developed each day and they are not defined in the antivirus...you have to keep updating them....so update your antivirus and it will then be able to remove the virus......if that also doesnt help then reinstall the windows.... u can also use linux if u know how to....its very safe....no viruses at all.....

remove the current anti virus and reinstall a good one...
