I know Im a little off and was just wondering if anyone else has any odd phobias. It absolutely horrifies me to see someone touch their bellybutton. It gives me goosebumps, kinda like raking fingernails on a chalkboard, and I have to leave the room. My family doesnt understand why and, well, neither do I.

I know this guy that has a people phobia. Everytime he wlaks past a person he like walks all cautious, and if you say hi to he he runs away, and if you touch him he crys. I had no idea what was wrong with him until my other friend told me what was up with him.

That sounds like my niece. She gets really nervous when she's standing in line at the grocery store. She says that sometimes she just feels like she's going to lose it and pick up the magazine rack and chunk at the people standing around her.

This one qualifies as odd: I gag when I see toothpaste in the bathroom sink. I hate to clean it out. I know it's unreasonable, but that doesn't make it easier. LOL

HAHA! You would HATE my bathroom sink. I have 4 kids sharing the same bathroom. They are abnormally messy. It really grosses me out, too. I'll never buy that Inspector Hector Plaque Detector again. Stained my sink and counter blue for days.

Raking fingernails on the walls makes me feel uneasy, I am also afraid of water seeing from the top i.e. from a bridge, mountain. I think I am afraid of heights

Seeing and hearing other people brushing their teeth. I don't know why, and I know that it is necessary, but I don't want to see it for some reason. It is just something that makes me nervous to a rather absurd level to say the very least. That is one thing that I am going to really shy away from to say the very least. Its just something very odd that causes the hairs on my neck to stand up and I don't have the slightest idea why. The wall on the side of my bed was always a point of contention for me when I was a child. I was being blatantly paranoid. However, if you look it it, the way the boards line in, its like it is making some demonic creepy looking face. It was a one in a million shot of something like happening and that can really screw with the mind of a five year old. Still I was just being absurd from the point of an adult but from the perspective of a child, I was being perfectly logical.
