Ok every woman dreads her monthly visitor. But it isn't like we can stop it from "dropping by". When mine comes i have all the worst symptoms. The cramps are horrible, i am vomiting non- stop, and the it takes forever for the pain killers to kick in. Does any one know any home remedies to ease the symptoms or stop them completely?

I had all of those problems, and I do not know of any home remides that work, I tried everything. But when I got married I started the depo shot for birth controll and I haven't had a period in 7 years. I still get grumpy but I think that is just becasue I can, all the other symptoms have disapeared.
If the thought of birth controll does not bother you then talk to your doctor.

Take evening primrose oil from " Sisu" or " Quest" in the organic store they are really good for pre-mentrual syndrome. It'll cut your cramping and help to make your life less miserable. Beside all that do you usually take some supplements like multi-vitamins? That would help you too on top of that.
