Further Cuts in Funding for Schools

funding in schools across the country, particularly Florida, have been making do with severe budget cuts, and there is projected to be more on the horizon.
is it fair to make the students suffer for mistakes made by adults?

Not only is it not fair but it increases the chances of the cycle to continue because of a lack of education. I understand that the money needs to come from somewhere but I think that there ought to be other things that are cut long before education. Perhaps a cap in pay for government officials.
