Losing belly fat

What are some good tried and true ways to lose belly fat? I know exercise of course and im not the one to take a bunch of pills or diet pills. I have lost some weight but I just cant seem to get rid of the belly fat issue. I have cut out alot of starches, breads, sugar etc. I try to bake foods and eat smaller portions instead of large portions which i eat more during the day but i hear this is supposed to speed up your metabolism. Any ideas?

I think one of the best things is to do pilates. It really works your core - using the exercise ball and tones you from the stomach out. I have actually seen great results on people who do it regularly in conjunction with eating properly and some sort of cardio whether it's walking or something else. You can get an exercise ball and a dvd for pretty cheap.

That's true that doing Pilates can get rid of the exccess fat.
I do Pilates it as well, I feel my body alive and my body shape becomes well.
