I probably weigh myself once in 5 years. I know what I weigh. I gain 3 lbs in the winter and lose 3 lbs in the summer. I've been doing that for 50 years at least. I know its that long because I bought a belt on a trip to British Columbia in 1953 and I can still wear it today but I have to let it out 2 notches.

I don't own a scale , and never weigh myself either . I always pretty much stay the same weight . Go up a few pounds and go down a few . As long as I feel good , my weight dosen't concern me much.

I do ot own a scale. If I did, I would be on the thing way too often. I weigh myself every week or two at the local YMCA. That way, I am able to see if I am losing, but I am not obsessed with the number on the scale. I am not on a specific diet, but I have made changes in my eating habits that are paying off and I like to see where I am in my weight loss goal, but not everyday.
