Are you so obsessed with gaining a few punds that you will do anything you can to avoid it? Do you skip meals because you think that you ate oo much earlier in the day? Do you watch everything you eat?
I am, to a point. When I realized how much weight I had gained, I became obsessed with losing it. I do not have a lot of time in my day for an exercise routine, so I exercise while I work. I have taken to really watching what I eat and drink. It is nothing for me to skip a few meals, but normally, that is because I just forget to eat. I do not own a scale, and will not get one because I know that I would be stepping on it way to much ad that would not help me at all. Instead, I wait a week or two, then go somewhere else to weigh myself.
Are you obsessed with your weight?

I think a lot of people are at least overly concerned about their weight, and I blame the media completely. In western society, it's a cultural thing to want to look like Kate Moss, and I think it's terrible. An attractive person isn't necessarily a thin, light one, and we need desperately to move away from this mindset that skinny is beautiful.

I never think about my weight because I'm nutrition obsessed. I read every label to make sure there are no added chemicals. I would rather eat sugar than saccharin. I will not eat anything sweetened with chemicals, I won't drink any sugar sweetened artificial drinks. Coca Cola is a Poison, good only for cleaning the bugs off your windshield. Potato chips are a no-no. Too much fat for my diet. I wouldn't eat anything at MacDonalds. I just don't like their fast food.

i am not weight conscious, probably, because i am a slightly under weight. i still follow a simple but regular exercise regime. i avoid junk food. i consume butter and cheese regularly but in restricted volumes.
i feel one must not get obsessed with anything. if one has a tendency to gain weight then one must follow a diet set by a dietician an also exercise. this would help is getting rid of the excessive fat and also help in maintaining a balanced weight.
