beware of a computer!

yeah. i have the same problem. that is why i am trying to control it by going to sleep earlier and reading in bed until i fall asleep.

Welcome to myLot! There are a lot of sites that are sort of addictive, and this is one of them. I'm trying to cut down on computer time, because I have too many other things I have to do, but when I skip a day on the Lot, I really miss it There are so many wonderful people and interesting discussions among the postings here!

I love the computer! I am addicted to games. My husband is also addicted to games. I used to stay up all night playing games but my husband also complained. He is more important than the computer and I found out I could have more fun with him. Besides not that my last 2 out of 6 kids are teenagers it is hard to get on the comp. because they are on it all the time doing homework and talking to their friends. However I still like a good game every now and then. My husband and I talked about it and we decided that when one of us wants to watch a movie that the other one didn't than it was ok to spend that time on the computer. You just have to make sure that you are not using family time to be on the comp.

Haha...same situation here. Even though my husband is not yet confronting me about being addictive to computer I feel it. When he looks me every time I am typing here in mylot there's something in his eyes that telling me to stop but I just can't do it. I love computers and the net. It's part of my life now.

Hi Irene ============== U r addictive to computers well even im,theres nothing bad about it but hanging late on till night is something of a concern for u even im hanging till late night but i have no problems with that coz i dont have a wife yet.
