Have you heard yet of this year's Simpsons' St Patrick's Day (Msarch 17th!)Special episode that is to be broadcast exclusively here in Ireland first? What I'd like to know is,Is that a first for the series, having a special dedicated to a particular place or regional festival? (ok,St Patrick's day celebrations have been transplanted all over the world, but I can't recall an Ireland exclusive first look before!) Thanks for responses!

I'm not sure if that has happened before, but it's cool! I like it. Have you seen the original St. Patrick's Day episode, Homer vs. the Eighteenth Amendment? It's a classic, one of my five favorite episodes ever.

This special episode has just finished airing here-a bit "Oirish" of course, but the gags were coming "Tick" and fast!Colm Meaney was guest voicing,a Colin Farrell gag thrown in,a Mick-rosoft factory..it just seemed to go too fast, was my only complaint!

I look forward to it, I'm okay with new Simpsons if theyre funny. They won't be as good as the classic ones, but their story doesnt have to be great if they make me laugh.
