For me happiness consist of moments. It's fleeting because I am always striving to be more and have more.It's usually because of achieved goal or I've become aware of my blessings or more on accepting of myself. Once I start paying attention to all the good things that have happened to me, I'll feel better. Have a nice day to all of you!

i am always happy and sometimes unhappy.when i think about the the little money i can earn,the expensive cloth i can't affort,the unhuor husband i have and the housework i should do everyday,i couldn't feel happy.but if i think about my lovely baby,my peacefull family,my stable job and my work- hard husband,i can feel very happy.the life treats you likes how you treat it.

You know what I like what you said. It's how you treat life! Life is not perfect all the time I know, but it's how we handle it. How it makes us happy, even small thing or big things that we do. When I share my blessing I feel good, I feel happy when I see people happy. Anyway have a nice day to you!

as of now i can't say that i am happy since i have lots of problems to deal with but those problems don't hinder me to paint even just a smile on my face..yes, i can still manage to smile but then..i am not happy today..

I believe that you make a great point. Happiness consists of moments. Sometimes they are fleeting like you say but it all depends on how much appreciation you have for those moments.
I have some challenges in my life right now. My family is struggling to get by and we are trying to make things work. I do count my blessings for all that I have and that is how I get by for now. Take care.

You know what you said it right, I think your not the only one struggling with life now, but your still blessed cause you have a family that is there for you. A home that you can call a home. When I see people happy, I am happy for them. Even I am stress out really tired working, when I see my Mom, my fiancee, my step daughters they are my happiness their my strength to go on and on. Happiness is accepting what you got and counting your blessings ,and sharing what you have. Anyway have a great day to you! God bless!

Yes I know but I can't help but be sad sometimes. Also I know that my friends are there like u. U know what you're one of the reasons why I don't hesitate to discuss a lot of things here in mylot..
