Yes I do give myself a treat. Usually I eat out in a restaurant during paydays.
I also buy myself a frappucino from Starbcks :)
Once every month, I also go to a spa for a pampering treat for myself.

I do not give myself a treat everyday. But may be on a Saturday when I have my weekly holiday I would just relax during the day. Sit in my bedroom and just listen to some music and read a book. May be spend a few hours in the beauty parlour and get myself a nice massage. Or just sleep for a few hours may be.

As much as I wanted to treat myself/pamper myself, i can't because i don't have a real stable job.. i've been enduring from an illness for years and that's the main factor that preventing from doing the things i used to do before and from doing things i have never done before such as bungee jumping, scuba diving, car racing and other fun-filled extreme sports.. you know, complete healing/good health is all i'm asking for..

We all have problems I guess, but if we draw ourself into that the tendencies are tragic and sad, bad in our health and our body. A small cup of coffee would be fine for a short break.

Hi torchablazed! After a long day of stressful activities, I really do not go somewhere to unwind. I just go to sleep or rest or sometimes, watch movie at home and eat whatever catches my fancy in the fridge. But sleeping is something that I often do most of the time. haha..
take care and have a great day!

Heya, it really depends on how much work Ive done and how tired I feel. If lack of sleep is involved Id catch up on sleep. Or Id spend a weekend or two days of doing absolutely nothing.^_^
Other times, if the work done isnt that gruelling and Im still able to get enough sleep, I just treat myself to a nice meal or some delicious food that I love or that I wanted to try out.^_^

Yes, I do give my body the much needed relaxation as maybe necessary. I normally do it every Saturday. I'd either go to the SPA, Skin Care Clinic or Beauty Parlor where I could be pampered and get the much needed relaxation of tired body and spirit. I think our body needs this in order not to be burned out.

You said it! Oh I love foot spa, it is very relaxing! But undergoing complete body massage and reflexology is the best and most relaxing of all.

You are right with that, we should be able to find ways and means for our bodies to be relaxed after heights of workloads. I really can't wait going to the Spa Center for a Foot Spa today , hehe, thanks again for your response !

I prefer to stay at home doing nothing! Doing nothing is the best treat for myself! Lying on bed, staring at the ceiling and listening to the music is a way for me to relax! Taking a long shower with my favorite shower gel is good too. Otherwise, go shopping!

I will go for bath first, then I will get a sleep and wake up to treat myself a good dinner, then I will spend my time with my family for chatting.

Hey torchablazed! After a long and hard day of work, I like to unwind by watching a movie or a few new episodes of some TV shows with my girlfriend. It's really relaxing to just sit back, relax, and watch some TV.

Let's see what do I do after a long day? Well first, I get up in the morning and make breakfast for my daughter. Then I pick up a homeless man to do gardening work for a few dollars. Then I take time to study the job I hate with a passion, but feel compelled to do because somebody has to work in this family and my husband is ill, my daughter was born with Down's syndrome. I used to pay hospital and doctor bills for a nephew who now hates me for being so greedy. That was after he moved out of the house paid for along with the groceries and clothing. Oh, yes, in my spare time I helped him on construction jobs so he could get money in his pockets. Then I helped my sister by giving her a home on which I paid the rent, bought groceries, etc. She left the place a disaster when she moved back home. Hmmmm, oh yes, I learned to clean an open wound in my husband's chest about the size of my fist, because it wouldn't heal if it was sewed up. Then I discovered I'm losing my home and there is no one to go to for help with my problems, after all they have problems of their own. This has been my life for the past five years and it isn't getting any better. Forgot to mention we lost our new boat dealership and spent all our savings on relatives and two properties destroyed by renters. What do I do to treat myself. Well, at the moment, permanent rest looks darned good. Don't worry, I won't do myself in; who would do the work around here?
