client not ping to server

hi my 2003 server is not ping to xp machine i will check it out all options, all right, but problem is not solved. pls help

i hope the firewall on XP machine is not on. if its then pls. shutdown your firewall and then try. to check your lan. you can use lan tester which tells that the connection is working fine.

check your connection and restart and then try to ping .

sometime's my wife can't even get into her IWON account until she added FIREFOX do you think that would help..
