Please help mylotters, my sleep was abnormal this past few days. I am always waking up in the middle of the night and i feel like i am so nervous about something, but i cant figure whats the problem with me, i tried to avoid coffee just to get a normal sleep but it still hard to have continous and beautiful sleep. i always want to feel like my body needs rest and sleep is the best way to get it. Sleep is very important to overall wellness too. I dont know whats going on, ive been reading a lot of books and romance novel in order for me to be so sleepy but then it still end up waking up 2 am, 3 am, 4 am, and feeling so nervous.
What do you do about it, have u experience this, can you tell me whats the natural way to deal with this without any medication?
Please help, thank you mylotters

iamsolucky do you find yourself suddenly feeling anxious for no reason? This might be a panic attack. It would be best to see a doctor if the problem gets worse over the next few days. If you're just having trouble sleeping then a glass of milk before bed can help, or a warm bath. Try to lower your activities 2 hours before sleeping in order to prepare your body. If the problem persists for a week its advisable to get a checkup with your physician. Hope this helps.

Have a nice bath before going to bed.Just lay down and relax each and every part of your body starting from your toes and ending up with your heart. This will take some ten minutes and being in the relaxed state, try to revise the past day and pan for the next day.You will see the flaws in that day and can plan well for the next day.Now you will be free from your anxiety and can sleep well.Try it.Cheers!

Hello iamsolucky. I had experienced having lack of sleep and waking up in the middle of the night due to anxiety. What I do is I always pray. It always keeps me be calm and at peace. I also do a lot of deep breathing to calm me down.
