If you don't have enough time to sleep at night,do you sleep in the next day?
I usually sleep at 11 or 12 p.m,and I have to get up nearly 6 a.m next morning,so I don't have 8 hours for sleep everyday. But I would like to have a snap at noon.
If I don't have adequate time to sleep,I may be have a headach.
Do you have the same problem?

Before I had children, I slept in every day. I would sleep until noon or one in the afternoon. Sometimes, I wouldn't crawl out of bed until 3 or 4pm! Now, I have learned to live with 3-6 hours per night, although, I do have a major headache the majority of the time, and, I can be pretty cranky at times....lol. But, occasionally, I get to sleep in until 8 or 9 in the morning....and, occasionally, I still do get to take a nap when my children are gone......

Sleeping at daytime is not that good when you sleep at night. It cant bring you back those energies that lost to you during the time you were awake at night. Plus the fact that it can cause you illness.
