normally, we need to drink at least 1-2L of water per day but it has a lot of factors to be considered. if u live in a very hot place, of course u need to increase ur fluid intake so as to prevent dehydration. strenuous exercises also increases ur thirst. so i guess the amount usually varies.

7 litres of water sounds like a lot to be drinking every day..of course, that all depends on where you Live, too! I Live in Ireland, which tends to have a cool, somewhat damp climate-one of my favourite tourist t-shirts I've seen here shows a cartoon of a Sheep in 4 picture panels representing spring, summer,Autumn, and winter-in all of them,it's raining! (Funny cos it's true!) I take it You live somewhere hotter,Amigo?

i maintain or try to maintain at least 8 cups of water a day.
On days where i do sports, i'd drink more. But on average, if i'm just slacking at home and not doing vigorous workouts, 8 cups a day is more than enough for me.
and when i go out, i try to walk slowly. This way, i don't perspire that much.

Wow it sure does get hot there! I thought it was hot here in Mexico! I drink one or two liters of water daily. I really have to force myself to do that, I'm just not a huge drinker. I do drink ice tea and limeade alot though. I know that it is important to keep hydrated which is the only reason I drink as much water as I do. I usually keep a water bottle in the freezer so that when I go out somewhere I always have some cold water with me.
