adsense and ptc sites

I'm just wondering, but I do believe its against tos of adsense for you to post your site on pts sites like easyhits4you and others, am I correct or is that fair play? I need traffic but I dont want my adsense's 18 dollars to be lost lol

join some social networksites, be active their, you get good traffic to your site. if you want more viewers than add your blog to social bookmarking site like stumble upon, digg, reddit and delicious

Thank you, great advice. I will do so. I think that fourms and stuff would be a great place to post it.
