Ok, maybe you're to busy lately so you dont have time to eat fruit. Or you have no time to buy fruit in the supermarket... or what happened to you that you cant eat fruit because this one and that one...
For short, you just cant eat fruit for some some reason.
Me particularly love to eat fruit but i became lazy and so tired to go out and buy fruits... hmm...
So i changed it with canned juice and multivitamins...
I think the content of the vitamins and minerals that is needed by the body at least can be attained. Maybe multivitamins is more expensive than the regular fruits... but for me, at least i can do something with the body without even lost the important elements from body metabolism--- vitamins... ehheeh
how about you?
Would you change FRUIT with canned juice or canned fruit or MULTIVITAMINS?

I would love to have fruits in my diet. I am also taking some multivitamins but I think the benefit of the fruit is the fibers and minerals it can provide which are important in the diet and in the functioning of the body's digestive system in particular. Canned fruits has higher sugar content which makes a fresh fruit a healthier choice.

this is weird, but i have a hard time swallowing pills and tablet.. so i guess if ever i dont have time to buy/eat fruits, il go for the conned juice and fruits rather than taking multivitamins.. im after the sweet taste of fruits rather than its beneficial effects on me..

I don't trust the vitamins to give me what mt body needs. I prefer to keep some frozen fruit in the freezer to canned fruits. the canned fruits have sugar added and I don't like to have that much processed sugar. Frozen fruit is as close to fresh fruit as you can get. I like to eat it frozen or put on cold cereal. You can get just about any fruit frozen these days.
