GPT and PTC

I am sure that this subject is getting beat to death. Tons of myLotters are trying to make money using GPT sites. But, I have seen some people advertising PTC sites as GPT. I am not sure if this is correct. Maybe some PTC sites and GPT sites are the same. When I think of GPT I think of a survey/offer site. PTC I think of a paid to click site. Am I correct with this way of thinking?
