Hi Gumbi!
Well i will share you beauty secrets based on my experience as well as based on the information i read in magazines and internet.
first of all, to get healthy skin, you should be aware of having a healthy lifestyle. eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and drink 7 to 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid fatty and salty foods. Second, maintain a good hygiene, it doesnt need to take a bath 5 times a day, but you already know what i mean with that. hehe. Third, have a daily beauty work with your skin, lips, eyes, and every parts of your body. For my skin, i use brown sugar and olive oil every week as my body scrub. For my lips, i always exfoliate this by brushing it after brushing my teeth in the morning. I always put vaseline, olive oil, chapstick before sleeping at night, for eyeliner or eyeshadow removal, wet a cotton ball with olive oil and apply it to your eyes, the oil is beneficial to your eyes and it prevents wrinkles.
For pinkish feet, massage it with olive oil and wear cotton socks before sleeping.
Feel and make yourself beautiful. Smile and everything will be perfect.

wow thanks your advice is of great quality. I would also like to add that Exercise is one of the most important beauty secrets to more beautiful skin.
Secondly wearing a Spf with a moisturizer every day is important to prevent wrinkles as well as hydrate the skin.
Thirdly a multi vitamin is important for every day beauty and ensuring your skin gets all the vitamins and minerals it needs.

Well i believe in eating fresh raw vegetables, remaining empty stomach by cutting atleast one time meal, eatinf fruits, excersice and yoga, are the most important aspects in life to keep oneself healthy and looking young. yoga is the best medicine to be young looking. neem juice is good for skin if you drink it sometimes. try eating less sugar, oil and milk products they makes your skin look rough and old. eat less sugar, salt and spicy. drinking green tea too makes skin glow and control weight. any mask you apply try to make it at home mostly it never affects skin for long term, rather than using chemical stuffs over leaving cosmetics they are fine...thinking good, and helping whole heartedly makes you look beautifull as you feel beautifull within..so always take care :)

well rinseng with cold water will make you skin good..apply toner and moisturizer before you put make-up..do a facial massage at least once a week and drinking lots of water..
