what color is appropriate for me?

There are time I am in my mood that I will put make up on my face even if there is no occasion. I have a big eyes what eyeshadow do you think that will I put, the right color. I want to make my eyes look small what color should I put? I also love to put blush-on on my face what color is appropriate in my not so dark face not also white?
