any sites for CPM publishing ?

hi all can someone list out any advertising site which has option for the publishers to publish CPM(pay per 1000 impressions) for banners and allows blog publishing because i can get 1000 of unique visitors per day !! the above publishing refers to only impressions but not clicks on the banners !!
