I was waiting on line to check out while I was in Wal - mart. On the magazine stands, some people were browsing the celebrities page. Some people were gossip about this hollywood star so and so, and others show much more interest on this topic.
Somehow I was wondering, those public figure has their own private life too, and they certainly not like other people to pry over it. Nonetheless, they are human beings too, same as us. What really makes those tabloids and magazines sell is our nosy natural. Don't you agree?

you know i love those magazines and tabloids. not because of the gossip. god knows, it's just publicity and the tabloids and magazines have to come up with something so that they would sell.
i'm fascinated by their pictures. how a celebrity puts together an outfit. the color coordiantion and style.
also, you can learn a lesson or two anyway. like if chris brown just walked away instead of not trying to act as a sissy and beating rihanna. if jennifer aniston just gave brad pitt a child he craves then they would've been stogether still. they are also people, yes, and there is something we can learn from them.

I do believe that people are naturally nosy and I admit that I am nosy. However, it can get you in a heap of trouble if you let it...LOL. In reference to the public figures, they put themselves into that position when they chose their path in life. You already know that if you become an actress/actor, politician, etc you will be criticized and lime-lighted at the same time. Yes, they have their "private" life, but when you choose that career path you make the choice to give that up to a certain degree. It may or may not seem fair, but it's the truth.

I personally don't pay attention to the tabloids, because I find them annoying. However, I believe that people are curious. Another good example of nosiness/curiousity is when people drive by a car accident and start rubber-necking. We like to know what is happening around us.

I think just curious, but neighbors, yeah they are nosy anyway i don't mind them talk behind my back, they will gain nothing out of being nosy.
They will still remain in their own selfish, self centered, self righteous ways and no matter how much you please them, they will never be grateful.
I am much more aware of people not so grateful, than being nosy. Not saying thank you to you at all even if you have helped them a lot kinda makes me wonder if their parents taught them that, probably yes.

Good question clorissa123!
To be honest, I believe that most people are. I think that if there are still people out there that are willing to find the information, people will always read it. There are things in peoples lives that make them want to know more about others, strange but true.
