Would you buy in a discipline way now or hold all cash?

I know today's start market is really scaring a lot of people. For me personally, I will stick with my strategy to invest every month in the things I like. I believe investing is really common sense. You need to buy what you know and you need to have a discipline strategy. At the same time, I know many people who are holding all cash and would not invest a dime in the market. What would you do?
Current Info: Dow Jones at 6900 points
S&P500 at 700 points.

I do agree with you. Your investment style really depend on your financial situation and style. Personally, my risk tolerance is high and I am very optimistic in the long run. I believe this market really favors the people who have positive cash flow each month. Individual who made decent income and can spare few hundred dollar a month to buy stocks can really achieve great return in the long run.
