How many glasses of water do you drink each day?

I'm a water drinker, so I consume more than 8 glasses of water each day. Water doesn't have any nutrients as we all know, but as we all know,it's really healthy to take it. Are you fond of drinking water or not? If so, why? If you aren't, why not? Hope to hear from you,enjoy mylotting.

I like water, but only if it has been filtered with a filtration pitcher or bottled water. My water is city water and you can taste the chlorine in it. I will drink glasses and glasses of ice tea or Crystal light, before water usually just to give it taste. I like water but prefer something with flavor.

I must admit that I don't drink 8 glasses of water before because i prefer drinking juices, red tea and sodas.. but since i've found out that i have diabetes, i've stopped drinking flavored drinks.. and since i'm not allowed to eat and drink sweets, i've learned how to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.. =) Water is the safest drink to consume as it doesn't have preservatives or something..

I don't drink as much water as I should, although I am trying to drink more here lately. One thing I'm trying to do to make it easier is that I'm using bigger containers. If you have a 32 ounce cup, you only need to fill it at least 2 times to get your water alottment for the day. This makes it a whole lot easier, especially if you're not a big water drinker, and yet you need your water.

Hello,Lee! The human body is 50-75% water depending on a person's age.This water helps regulate and maintain body temperature.Water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.It moistens and lubricates our mouth,eyes,nose,hair,skin,joints and digestive tract.In the process we lose good amount of water everyday.So to keep the body balanced we have to drink enough water otherwise we risk dehydration,elavated body temperature,fatigue,decreased mental and physical performance.So it is advised by the physicians to all of us to drink at least three liters of water everyday to keep the body fit.However I never drink three liters of water for which I am suffering from constipation and muscular pains.thanx.

I try to drink at least 8 but I know I do not. I would say about 2 - 3 big glasses is what I drink. I get my water from other sources like pop or coffee. I know it is better for my health to drink it clear but I have a problem with that. I need to get back on my old diet and start drinking a lot of water. I lost weight last year and I did it by drinking water and a lot of good meals. But drinking water is an imporant part of losing weight and being healthly. I am a watere drinker too. There is no drinkable substance on earth that can substitute water for me. I try to drink a minimum of 5 liters of water everyday. Water is a universal solvent. Our bodies consist of a great percentage of water. so the more water we drink the better for us.
